Back in Episode 235, Amani and Mandi shared how they were gamifying their goals with a 2026 Bingo Card. And now, they’re back for an update on how those Bingo Cards are going!
Why Bingo Cards Work
If you don’t remember, Mandi wasn’t exactly sold on the idea of a Bingo card at first. But after giving it a shot, she quickly saw the value: it turns goal-setting into something visual, motivating, and even fun. Instead of one overwhelming list, you’ve got bite-sized wins you can literally check off – and build momentum with.
Amani’s Wins So Far
Amani kept it real with a mix of practical and personal goals – and he’s already knocked out a few:
Got a colonoscopy (important and often avoided – that’s a major win)
Visited the dentist
Crossed off a “free space” (which Mandi didn’t know was allowed)
Attended a live music show in Vegas (featuring Keith Sweat and Joe)
Completed a professor interview
Not bad for the first stretch of the year. He has 25 spaces on his Bingo Card (remember, this is for the entire year – Mandi has 9 spaces for the quarter).
Still on his list? Everything from traveling internationally and learning Spanish to booking high-level clients and going on more dates.
Mandi’s Momentum and Systems Upgrade
Mandi came in strong with some big, business-focused wins, starting with a major one: investing in a CRM.
After reviewing multiple options, she landed on HubSpot. Why? Because for her, it’s not just about storing contacts; it’s about creating a streamlined, organized system for tracking every stage of business.
She believes that the most successful salespeople aren’t necessarily the best talkers – they’re the most organized. Between tracking proposals, managing follow-ups, and integrating workflows, this move is all about efficiency and scalability.
Making Space to Think and Create
Another standout win is Mandi building her own creative space. Instead of working and creating in the same environment, she now has a dedicated area for writing, reading, meditating, and brainstorming.
The impact has been immediate. She’s felt the difference in how she focuses and creates.
Progress, Not Perfection
Of course, not everything is fully checked off yet… and that’s okay. Mandi set a goal to complete 12 bike rides by June 30… and she’s currently at six. She might be a little “behind,” but that’s life. Between travel and schedule shifts, she’s had to adjust… but the key is she’s still aware, still tracking, and still committed.
And that’s the whole point of the bingo card: it keeps your goals visible without beating you up when life happens.
The Power of Tracking Wins
We hope this episode has given you the encouragement that tracking progress changes everything.
Mandi is already over halfway to her goal of writing 182 handwritten notes, and seeing that number climb keeps her motivated. Amani is steadily chipping away at a long list of goals for the year.
And both of them are doing something many people don’t: regularly checking in.
Your Turn: What’s on Your Bingo Card?
